Course Details

Business, government and the public sector need sustainability literate leaders – people who understand the need for change to a more sustainable society and know what it takes to get there.

Our Masters in Leadership for Sustainable Development is a unique postgraduate degree programme. We take 12 students a year and immerse them in sustainability in a variety of contexts. Our 189 graduates prove the value of the course and can be found in senior positions across the UK.

Career opportunities open up immediately for graduates. In the last three years, nearly all of our students have entered high level positions on graduation, including:

  • Sustainability Executive, BUPA
  • Banking Commission, UNEP Finance Initiative
  • Senior Scientist, Environment Agency
  • Sustainable Development Policy Advisor, Defra
  • Consultant, Beyond Green
  • Sustainability Consultant, Arup
  • Head of Destinations & Sustainability, ABTA

This is no coincidence: the skills a Forum for the Future graduate learns are in demand, and our Masters programme is structured to open your eyes to the variety of careers through which you can bring about change. In the long term, your prospects are even more impressive.
