The i-team

How are we going to tackle climate change at the local level? It's a question many of our public sector partners are grappling with, and one that's in need of urgent attention.

That's why we’ve teamed up with the Innovation Forum and world-leading design and innovation company, IDEO, to form 'The i-Team’.

Yes - you guessed it - we're sending our experts into two local authorities with a mission: to deliver climate change action plans that B.A. Baracus, Face and Murdock would be proud of.

We'll be giving our two pioneering authorities rare access to the innovation and design processes used by leading global companies such as Apple, Johnson and Johnson and Nike.

Whilst the focus of this particular project is climate change, the ultimate aim is to develop a learning model that will inspire further innovation across local government.

Cigar smoking won't be obligatory, but we hope this is one plan that everyone will love to see come together...
